Description

The house has on the ground floor a kitchen open to a large dining room with direct access to a private patio. A large double adjoining living room also allows direct access to the patio and the garden at the back of the house. An office area has been set up to facilitate teleworking with high-speed and stable Wi-Fi. Presence of a bedroom with double bed (140 x 190) and its private bathroom with shower and sink. Toilets, laundry area and pantry on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms: the first with 1 bed for 2 pers (140 x 200), the second with 1 bed for 2 people (160 x 200) and the third with 2 beds for 1 pers (80 x 190).

A 4th bedroom is accessible by a staircase located on the 1st giving access to a 2-pers bed (180 x 200) and a 1-pers bed (80 x 190).

Outside:

Sunny enclosed garden with deckchairs, patio with table and chairs to have meals outside, barbecue.
